We recently changed Internet providers, and the new one does not support our old message board software. I am currently preparing a new board for the site. |

If we are unable to solve any problems you have by email or through the message board, you will be provided with a number for telephone support. |

When a period of testing occurs you must be willing to commit yourself to the work. While there is plenty of fun to be had, it is work and must be approached as such. |

We prefer that our testers have long experinece with gaming, and if possible be very familiar with the historical period of the game we are testing. If you have helped beta test software in the past this is also a point in your favor. |

Due to the legalities involved, we generally prefer that our beta testers reside in the United States. However we are willing to consider testers from other countries, and do not exclude someone solely for that reason. The non-disclosure agreement does include specific provisions for International testers, so if you apply make sure you fully understand and accept them. |

As with most software development, we are often not able to keep to a prepared schedule, and at times you must be patient and wait for a build far longer than expected. Star Games is also a startup company, and does not have the resources that more established companies have, sometimes causing long delays as a result. Our main concern is to produce great games, so we take the time to get things done right. |
